TERMS OF SERVICE & INFORMATIONSToS
You automatically agree to this ToS by commission me.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. The sketch stage provides an opportunity for me and a commissar to refuse further work (since payment is accepted after approval of the sketch).
The sketches of the unpaid commission belong to me and can be used by me in one way or another on future.
I have a lot of allergens in my hut. Animal hair; plant, animal or synthetic substances; pollen. Please specify if in doubt.
Character reference sheet can be NSFW.
I try to work by the rule: "First paid - first served". However, works are in complexity, duration and execution, so I'm can doing several processes in parallel. The main thing is the deadline.
The deadline always depends on a size and complexity of the work. You will be notified of the likely date. (For a illustration / small craft - 1 month.)
SFW content is my main. NSFW is acceptable in battle scenes, naked OC (with no signs of sexual arousal and without an emphasis on the genitals).
Handmade and traditional art cannot be identical.
Real colors may differ from those shown in the photo.
I reserve the right to post (or not) all the finished images at my galleries.
An additional fee may be requested for a complex design.
I can work with the description, but with a surcharge.
I also take commissions with creative freedom and experimental (study of new combinations of materials or methods) (discount is possible).
I can do a character redesign.
I love references. Feel free to send me photos of animals, clothes and other things.
Don't disappear without warning. If you paid, but didn't write me anything, I can't work. Complete silence for a month from the date of payment relieves me of responsibility for non-performance of work .
Always discuss the comm with me before paying. (If I did not agree to fulfill your order, I will not fulfill it, even if you forcibly payment.)
A private commission is possible, but I don't approve of it. You'll have to pay extra for privacy.
Anonymous commissions are allowed. Please warn me in advance about your desire to remain anon.
I can take screenshots of chats and show them to third parties, if I come across a fraud.
The art/craft for which the refund was made remains mine, you will be marked as untrusted and blocked (with a warning to other artists). If it was a character refsheet, I'll keep they OC myself; if it was a redesign, they'll become a separate character belonging to me. If desired, can give or resell them, with or without design changes.
If you request changes to be made, compensation might be asked (2 big changes or about 5 small ones are the conditional limit after which compensation I can be requested. The development of a refsheet allows for a significant number of corrections for free).
I do not recommend asking for big changes after the approval of the lineart.
I most likely will not make changes to the work that is almost completed (Don't get me wrong, but in most cases it's impossible to do this without seriously damaging the art/stuff).
I prefer to send WIPs.
You can track the progress on Hipolink (hipolink.net/horned_hut).
You can assign another artist to color my lineart (only for commission linart), just give me credit as the author of the lines. (You can't repaint finished art unless I've given my explicit consent)
You can post your comms (and even the WIP) in any of your galleries and social networks, just give me credit and don't try to erase my watermark. Use as an avatar, RPG character profile, for printing on personal stuff and other personal goals are absolutely fine (You don't need to ask my permission for this!).
Art and craft copyrights belong to me.
You cannot use commissions (or part of it) for Commercial use unless I give my explicit permission (Price might differ).
You cannot “mint” your commissions, or be NFT or other Crypto shenanigans, under any circumstances.
Any data collection for AI training is prohibited.
Payments, Refund and cancelation
Dollar US is the set price
Now I accept payment only PayPal / card via boosty.to or hipolink. Payment is accepted in the form of donations, so I can't make a refund. Please be sure of your intentions and opportunities.
Full prepayment
Payment in parts is possible if your account is not empty (and gallery shows that you are a trusted commissioner), if we know each other/ you are my regular customer, as well as if the order is very long in time.
If you pay in parts, I will not continue working if I do not receive the next part of the payment after the WIP.
You will not receive the files in full resolution and without watermarks until you pay for the order in full. It is also shipping the original only after full payment, including the shipping cost.
I charge the payment after the “dirty” sketch is approved.
You can ask for a refund at any time for any reason, but the amount refunded will depend on how much work has already been put into it.I reserve the right to cancel and refund at any time, for any reason. No refund if the commission is complete.
I will refund the cost of the commission and/or postage if the postal service has lost the insured letter/package.You can make a forced refund through an paypal or your bank. But the services will block you for this, because the payment is considered a donation cannot be returned according to the rules. If the work has already been started or completed, such a refund is a fraud against me, and I will let others know about it.
In case you paid twice by mistake and I couldn't refund the payment through the technical support of the services, you have two options: 1. Refund the money through a bank or paypal, but you will almost certainly be blocked on the services. 2. I will remain in your debt. I'll write down that I owe you art, equivalent to the extra payment, and you can request it anytime.
I do not refund the cost of the postage if the recipient himself refused to receive the letter/package.
In case you didn't receive the original and it was sent back to me, I can send it again. You will have to pay the shipping costs again, but they will be twice as much (for returning to the sender and resending to the recipient)
No refund for the original and post services lost by the postal services. I'm sorry, but this situation is beyond my control. There is a risk, but I have done my part of the job, so I should not be financially responsible for the post staff. However, if I can get any compensation from the post office, I will reimburse you for your lose (at least part of them: new art, most likely).

It would be interesting for me to draw a character of unusual color, but the colors can be become restrained, so if you need them to remain unchanged, I am not the right artist.) Humans (as a minor character, for transformation or part of the taur, ask); Cubs (aesthetic art without dirty diapers); Simple architecture; Soft fetishes (paws, bound, mawshot, tickling, smell, macro, micro, hypnosis, pool toys and similar. Ask me!); Transformation; Mecha, tech (cybernetic part of the body - will); Animalization (ask me); Nudity (oc is without clothes - not erect genitals may be visible). *Breasts (My females don't have breasts, but I can paint small breasts. How to get the original1. Write me your postage data and the name of the recipient (IN LATIN).
2. The original (shipment) is sent with tracking.
3. Sometimes the original can be insured (if the insurance service is available for your shipment and you are ready to pay for it).
4. The cost of forwarding depends on the weight of the shipment and destination countries. The minimum cost of shipping is $7 (Parcels can cost from $30!), unless otherwise specified.
5. I use a sheet of bookbinding cardboard to better protect traditional art; frames, bubble wrap, or styrofoam for parcels. This has an additional impact on the cost due to the increased weight of the shipment.
6. Approximate waiting time for shipping is 1 month.
7. If you want, you can get originals from different commissions in one shipment.
8. I`m not responsible for the theft/loss/damage of your shipping. (I'm sorry, but it's really not my fault if other services don't do their job well.)
9. I will reimburse the lost shipment if it was insured.
10. In case you didn't receive the original and it was sent back to me, I can send it again. You will have to pay the shipping costs again, but they will be twice as much (for returning to the sender and resending to the recipient)

I spend a lot of time on line drawing, because of the peculiarities of its creation, so the price is mainly related to this factor.
If you don't know what to choose, give preference to a sketch, it's mostly a high-quality drawing that won't take much time and effort. But as the name suggests, irregularities, minor flaws and other things are normal and cannot be corrected. Ask for examples if you are not sure.*For the ref sheet
To compile a reference sheet, you must have some idea of the character, they species, gender, physique; perhaps a little character and hobbies, clothes, if necessary. The cost provides for a reasonable number of edits, if they do not contradict the original technical task (it is more difficult to edit a line than a color). Additional ideas that arise in the course of work are normal.
Of course, I can work according to the description if you don't have any art at all - it's not a problem as long as you know what you want. The cost also depends on whether you would enough sketch execution or you want the most accurate drawing. The latter takes significantly longer. Negotiate with me. A sketch is a good opportunity to realize an idea at a more attractive price.**For stickers
Show me the stickers that you like so that I can make similar ones for you.
I cannot and will not copy someone else's style, lines and other things, but I can use the idea and composition/proportions to make a similar effect.
