Important update/news:
From October 2025🍂My ToS has been updated/supplemented with several new paragraphs. Please be sure to review it before commissioning me.🍁
___________________________
From September 2025SHIPPING OF ORIGINALS TO THE USA IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE
🍃I keep all yours originals until I can shipped them to a new home.🍂- Shipping to other countries is possible if you are willing to pay all the costs, in the event that it does not pass through customs and returns back. I'm sorry, I don't like it either.
TERMS OF SERVICE & INFORMATIONSToS
You automatically agree to this ToS by commission me. I sincerely ask you to follow these rules, because all we have is mutual trust.
You must not be under the age of 18.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. The sketch stage provides an opportunity for me and a commissar to refuse further work (since payment is accepted after approval of the sketch).
The sketches of the unpaid commission belong to me and can be used by me in one way or another on future.
I have a lot of allergens in my hut. Animal hair; plant, animal or synthetic substances; pollen. Please specify if in doubt.
Character reference(s) can be NSFW. And could be an AI. I absolutely don't support AI, but you can show me pictures if you don't have anything more suitable. (Observe paragraph 42)
I try to work by the rule: "First paid - first served". However, the works vary in complexity, duration, and technique, so I often work with 3-4 slots in parallel. Rely on deadlines, not on a place in the queue.
The deadline always depends on a size and complexity of the work. You will be notified of the likely date. (For a illustration / small craft - 1 month.)
SFW content is my main. NSFW is acceptable in battle scenes, and soft nudity (only butt is visible).
Handmade and traditional art cannot be identical.
Real colors may differ from those shown in the photo.
I reserve the right to post (or not) all the finished images at my galleries.
An additional fee may be requested for a complex design.
I can work with the description.
I also take commissions with creative freedom / experimental media (discount).
I can do a character redesign (This can be a redesign as a refsheet or a situational, such as TAURization).
I love references. Feel free to send me photos of animals, clothes and other things.
Always discuss the comm with me before paying. (If I did not agree to fulfill your order, I will not fulfill it, even if you forcibly payment.)
A private commission is possible, but I don't approve of it. You'll have to pay extra for privacy.
Anonymous commissions are allowed. Please warn me in advance about your desire to remain anon.
I can take screenshots of chats and show them to third parties, if I come across a fraud.
Don't disappear without warning. If you paid, but didn't write me anything, I can't work. Complete silence for a month from the date of payment relieves me of responsibility for non-performance of work. (Don't take up a slot if you don't have time, I need feedback.)
The art/craft for which the refund was made remains mine, you will be marked as untrusted and blocked (with a warning to other artists). If it was a character refsheet, I'll keep they OC myself; if it was a redesign, they'll become a separate character belonging to me. If desired, can give or resell them, with or without design changes. (Gifts - are gifts.)
If you request changes to be made, compensation might be asked (2 big changes or about 5 small ones are the conditional limit after which compensation I can be requested. The development of a refsheet allows for a significant number of corrections for free). Mistakes that are my fault are fixed for free (for example, if I forgot the earring on your character, listed in the refsheet)
I do not recommend asking for big changes after the approval of the lineart. (Small edits that occur during the work process are fine. Check the WIP to be sure.)
I most likely will not make changes to the work that is almost completed (Don't get me wrong, but in most cases it's impossible to do this without seriously damaging the art/stuff).
I try to send the WIP at least once every 10 days (You can request a WIP yourself, and I will most likely send it to you).
You can track the progress on Hipolink (hipolink.net/horned_hut).
You can assign another artist to color my lineart (only for commission linart), just give me credit as the author of the lines. (You can't repaint finished art unless I've given my explicit consent) If you need to repaint something, I can probably help you.
You can post your comms (and even the WIP) in any of your galleries and social networks, just give me credit (don't try to erase my watermark or signature). Use as an avatar, RPG character profile, for printing on personal stuff and other personal goals are absolutely fine (You don't need to ask my permission for this!) Unless it contradicts other paragraphs of the agreement (Observe paragraph 42).
Don't be shy about posting first, I like it.
If you want to publish a commission in your book (small print run), a paid patreon/ko-fi channel (dedicated to your character/setting), or otherwise, I probably won't object or ask for any compensation for this, just be honest.
You can gift/sell the art with your character to another person if you sell the character/adopt with whom the art was made. You can gift/sell the original product if you want (but I wouldn't want to know that).
Do not use art with my or my customers' characters without explicit consent, regardless of the purpose of the use. Do not use mine or the customer's characters without permission in general.
Please DON'T ask me for discounts. I'm sorry if it's expensive for you, but respect my right to profit from my work. If the mentioned cost doesn't fit into your budget, cost reduction is possible by simplifying the terms of reference. I can compromise, just ask.
Art and craft copyrights belong to me. Characters belong to their owners (with the exception of unpaid refsheet or redesigns, paragraph 23)
I do not use art with customer characters to create any merch, artbooks, or other commercial stuffs.
I do not use other people's characters to create personal art, except when the owner does not object to it, or if it is a gift/trade on my part (exclusively SFW. I don't give gifts to strangers.)
You cannot use commission/gift (or part of it) for Commercial use unless I give my explicit permission (Price might differ).
You cannot use commission/gift (or part of it) to copy/ reproduce/ create YCH or otherwise misuse it.
You cannot “mint” your commissions, or be NFT or other Crypto shenanigans, under any circumstances.
Any data collection for AI training is prohibited (The use of commission/gift (or part of it) to generate any (personal or not) AI product: whether it's a Grok or something else - is also prohibited).
I do not use AI images in my work, even as a reference (the exception is for references sent by customers, but I will still have to find a real examples myself). I also do not use/ based on other people's art unless otherwise indicated (exceptions are for stickers, which I often make based on existing ones, unless it's a 100% original idea).
If you need a craft based on the art of another artist, I can do that, ask. Make sure that the original art artist doesn't mind.
If you violate the rules regarding fair use, I disclaim responsibility for non-fulfillment of the order, without any compensation. Any further cooperation is impossible. (However, I will not "take away" originals/commissions/refsheet that have already been fully paid for and manufactured, as well as gifts.)
I usually work seven days a week and respond to messages within 48 hours.
I try to stay within the framework of business communication. It's okay to get a little off the case, but I'm not looking for friends, and I ask you not to get carried away talking to me.
Dollar US is the set price
Now I accept payment only PayPal / card via boosty.to or hipolink. Payment is accepted in the form of donations, so I can't make a refund. Please be sure of your intentions and opportunities.
I am not asking, and certainly not demanding, that the client pay "service fees" from the payment acceptance services that I have to use.
Full prepayment
Payment in parts is possible if your account is not empty (and gallery shows that you are a trusted commissioner), if we know each other/ you are my regular customer, as well as if the order is very long in time.
If you pay in parts, I will not continue working if I do not receive the next part of the payment after the WIP.
You will not receive the files in full resolution and without watermarks until you pay for the order in full. It is also shipping the original only after full payment, including the shipping cost.
I charge the payment after the “dirty” sketch is approved.
You can ask for a refund at any time for any reason, but the amount refunded will depend on how much work has already been put into it.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund at any time, for any reason.
No refund if the commission is complete.
I will refund the cost of the commission and/or postage if the postal service has lost the insured letter/package.
You can make a forced refund through an paypal or your bank. But the services will block you for this, because the payment is considered a donation cannot be returned according to the rules. If the work has already been started or completed, such a refund is a fraud against me, and I will let others know about it.
In case you paid twice by mistake and I couldn't refund the payment through the technical support of the services, you have two options: 1. Refund the money through a bank or paypal, but you will almost certainly be blocked on the services. 2. I will remain in your debt. I'll write down that I owe you art, equivalent to the extra payment, and you can request art during the year. (the time limit exists to avoid abuse.)
I do not refund the cost of the postage if the recipient himself refused to receive the letter/package.
In case you didn't receive the original and it was sent back to me, I can send it again. You will have to pay the shipping costs again, but they will be twice as much (for returning to the sender and resending to the recipient)
No refund for the original and post services lost by the postal services. I'm sorry, but this situation is beyond my control. There is a risk, but I have done my part of the job, so I should not be financially responsible for the post staff. However, if I can get any compensation from the post office, I will reimburse you for your lose (at least part of them: new art, most likely).
I will paint/embroider/etc.: | I might paint/embroider/etc.: | I will not paint/embroider/etc: |
---|---|---|
Animals (mammals, birds, reptiles, dinosaurs, etc.) feral and anthro; Mythical beasts, hybrids, taurs, merfur; Nature; Fanart (Games and pokemon especially, ask me); Gifts for mates are fine, if they are made with good intentions; Landscape; Character's species change (from bird - to taur/from cat - to dino, etc.) Simple architecture; Soft fetishes (paws, mawshot); Transformation; Blood, cruelty (hunting and battle scenes - no problem); Nudity (oc is without clothes - only butt can be seen). | Fur with sour color (I don't mind trying a complex/unnatural color, but my eyes are extremely sensitive to neon/bright colors. It would be interesting for me to draw a character of unusual color, but the colors can be become restrained, so if you need them to remain unchanged, I am not the right artist.) Humans (as a minor character, for transformation or part of the taur, ask); Historical (in costumes, surroundings, everyday life characteristic of a certain period of world history, including the battle scenes); BabyFur (aesthetic art without dirty diapers and etc); Agere; Soft fetishes (bound, tickling, smell, macro, micro, hypnosis, pool toys and similar. Ask me!); Mecha, tech (cybernetic part of the body - will); Animalization (ask me); *Breasts (My females don't have breasts, but I can paint small breasts. I don't like to draw breasts for personal reasons. Ask me. | Erotica; Porn; Fetishes I don't understand (inflation, balloon, vore) Extreme fetishes (gore, copro, etc.); Chibi; Pregnancy;; Hypertrophied body parts (Hyperfat, hypermuscles, etc); Fur sparkledog; OCs that do NOT belong to you (if you have NOT permission from the author/ artist/ owner); Content that incites hatred, discriminates, etc. |
How to get the original1. Write me your postage data and the name of the recipient (IN LATIN).
2. The original (shipment) is sent with tracking.
3. Sometimes the original can be insured (if the insurance service is available for your shipment and you are ready to pay for it).
4. The cost of forwarding depends on the weight of the shipment and destination countries. The minimum cost of shipping is $13, unless otherwise specified.
5. I use a sheet of bookbinding cardboard to better protect traditional art; frames, bubble wrap, or styrofoam for parcels. This has an additional impact on the cost due to the increased weight of the shipment.
6. Approximate waiting time for shipping is 1 month.
7. If you want, you can get originals from different commissions in one shipment.
8. I`m not responsible for the theft/loss/damage of your shipping. (I'm sorry, but it's really not my fault if other services don't do their job well.)
9. I will reimburse the lost shipment if it was insured.
10. If your shipment is returned to me, I will be charged a ransom for it equal to the shipping cost. I will pick it up, but you will have to pay these costs/
11. I can shipping again, the cost of the shipment = for returning to the sender + resending to the recipient.

*For a payment over the minimum cost, I can draw the lineart more carefully or add more shadow / light effects / textures (at my discretion).
+ 10 - 200% Background (depends on complexity)
+ 100% for aditional characterI spend a lot of time on line drawing, because of the peculiarities of its creation, so the price is mainly related to this factor. The lines are usually always angular. For the ref sheet
To compile a reference sheet, you must have some idea of the character, they species, gender, physique; perhaps a little character and hobbies, clothes, if necessary. The cost provides for a reasonable number of edits, if they do not contradict the original technical task (it is more difficult to edit a line than a color). Additional ideas that arise in the course of work are normal.
Of course, I can work according to the description if you don't have any art at all - it's not a problem as long as you know what you want. Any additional details, headshots and body are paid + to the base cost. For stickers
Show me the stickers that you like so that I can make similar ones for you.
I cannot and will not copy someone else's style, lines and other things, but I can use the idea and composition/proportions to make a similar effect.
